Shipping Protection

Every lamp is handmade to order in our UK workshop, so please allow up to 21 working days for crafting before your order is dispatched. Once your lamp is ready, orders are sent via tracked delivery and typically arrive within 2–3 working days.

Each lamp stands approximately 25cm tall and 12cm wide, with a depth of around 8cm. Because the body is solid cured resin with embedded burl wood caps, each lamp weighs between 1.5kg and 2.5kg depending on the design. The substantial weight is part of what makes them feel like a real piece — they sit firmly on any flat surface without tipping.

Is it safe to leave on overnight?
Yes. The LED runs cool to the touch and the sound modes are set at a gentle volume designed for nighttime use.

Can I wash it?
The plush exterior is surface-washable with a damp cloth. The internal sound module is removable for deeper cleaning — instructions included in the box.

What sound modes does it have?
Heartbeat, white noise, and soothing sleep sounds. Cycle through them with a single button press.

Will it really help my toddler sleep?
The combination of warm light, calming sound, and a soft cuddle gives toddlers something familiar to settle with — and parents tell us bedtime gets easier within the first week. Every child is different, but if it doesn't work for yours, we'll refund you.

Although we pack every order in protective foam and double-boxed packaging, accidents in transit do happen occasionally. If your lamp arrives damaged or with a defect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible — no fuss, no hassle.
